The Knoxville market stayed active in May, even with fewer new listings hitting the market compared to April.

Sales activity picked up noticeably, with 753 homes sold across Knox County, while average sale prices climbed to $503K.

Homes also moved faster month over month, with average days on market dropping from 67 to 50, a sign that buyers are still responding quickly when homes are positioned well.

As we move into summer, the market continues to reward preparation, strategy, and realistic expectations on both sides of the transaction.
