Some interesting data here for the current Knoxville real estate market... “has been described as the most competitive and expensive real estate market Knoxville has ever seen.”

According to the article, in the second week of October 2021 the data show:
-median list prices are still going up… and the value of sales this year greatly outweigh those of last year (more than 30% higher)
-median number of days houses are on the market is 9 days
-more than 2,300 active listings are available
-460 new subdivisions are being developed
