Introducing our new addition, the Red Truck. Yes, I know it’s burgundy but if you know the previous owners and good friends of ours, Harold & Peggy Lee, it was “the red truck” as opposed to the turquoise car, the green truck, etc.

This truck has just become the basis for the name of my new business “ Red Truck Senior Home Solutions” which I’ll have up and running when I get to Oklahoma City in October.

I have a client in WA State that I have never met. She bought without ever seeing the house. I was her eyes while looking at properties…. Remember the house with the pig in the kitchen? This is the same client…. different house.

We avoided that mistake and found a great two-house property listed by one of our own CBW agents.

We closed on that house last week and today I got these beautiful gifts from her. Appreciation is such a wonderful thing.

Congrats to them and their new home.
