Real estate pause, for something much bigger than accepted offers and market updates💜
This weekend is the 7th Annual Su***de Prevention Horse Show presented by Chasing Positivity, and I’m not only a proud sponsor, but a proud sister🫶🏼

My younger sister started this event, and watching it grow into what it is today has been pretty incredible. It’s something we look forward to every year, not just for the horses, but for the purpose behind it all. Raising awareness, bringing people together, and reminding others that they’re never alone.

Have you ever seen those cutesy reels or TikToks about people who sell their homes and hit the road, traveling wherever the heck they want, whenever the heck they want?

Well… Steve & Sandy ARE DOING IT! 🚐 And the only thing that was standing between them and that adventure was me getting their house sold🫣😆 But here we are, and they’re officially ready to hit the road and live their best lives!

I had the privilege of representing both the buyers and sellers on this transaction. While that doesn’t happen very often, it’s always so rewarding to be fortunate enough to represent both sides of the closing table.
