This picture from 5 years ago may look like just another Sold home, but to me it is much more.
If you’re like me, big changes can be nerve wracking at times, especially if you dont know what to expect, or you’ve let those little “seeds of doubt” take root.
This was one of the first families I worked with after transferring over to Ashley’s team. The wife was one of the first phone calls I made in a new system I was still familiarizing myself with.
Even though I had been a Realtor for a couple years, in a way I was starting over, and honestly, I was scared, tired, and almost ready to give up, just like 80-90% of agents do within their first 2 years.
As glamorous as they make it look on TV, real estate is not easy! We aren’t all out here selling sunset 😂
I was treading water, trying desperately to get my footing, heavily greiving my father (who was my rock), and I had a very active almost 2 year old to support.
This picture is a representation of a time when I started over, and I succeeded. It reminds me of what can happen when I refuse to give up.
This family was one of the most laid back and easy to work with families I have had the joy of representing, and I honestly think God had something to do with bringing them into my life at that moment.
I missed posting this last week, but was happy to hear they are loving their home, and life in Knoxville.
Happy 5 year Home Anniversary to the family that gave me a whole new outlook on my career, and my ability to succeed. It means more to me than you all will ever know ❤️
