Haint blue porch ceiling coming at ya! My dad is doing some updating at his house and thought this would be a fun addition to the front porch. He recently took off all the railings and it opened the space up so much!

There is a lot of folklore and hopefully 🤞🏼 some practicality to painting your porch ceilings this color!

According to southern folklore it brings good luck to the home and helped to ward away evil spirits as these lost souls are unable to cross water. 👻☠️
And on a more practical note, it may help keep spiders🕷, wasps, and bees🐝 off of your porch! I’m a big fan of anything to help keep the bugs away and the cleaning maintenance down.
