Thank you to every client, referral, and friend that helped me achieve a 2025 award. I don't post much about real estate because the closing day is about the client, not me. If they want to post their happy moment, I leave that up to them. I enjoy helping others achieve their goal of home ownership or adding to their portfolio. Referrals are always a sweet gift, keep sending those and I will get them across the finish line. Of course, my success is attributed to the great leadership at  that   and   provide and the amazing and dedicated admin and support staff...it does take a village.

Last week is vastly different than this week. Manhattan Beach, CA has the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets..and a friendly pig that walks the streets. While there, I was able to spend time with a friend, , an extraordinary psychic/medium (www.jennifershaffer.com). We may collaborate on a project this year, still working out details. From Manhattan Beach, I caught the Amtrak down to one of my fav cities - SAN DIEGO! While there, i was to catch up with a close friend and mentor, , and spend time with a bestie from Tennessee - . The moon just seems to shine brighter in San Diego. The week with the delightfully warm temps went by way too fast. Already planning the next visit.
