ong Infrastructure, and Sound Financially-Solid Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Development for the East Tennessee Region through small-scale real estate projects. We commit to utilize local contractors, Architects, and Investors whenever possible, keeping money and funds local. Knoxville Development and Build TN follow a generative real estate development model, where local people can invest in their own neighborhoods and in the process, create life and value to benefit their communities. We aren't looking to build wealth by pricing residents out of their own communities, instead we look at a desired financial ROI and price our rents accordingly. This often means we find our tenant's rents to be at or below market rates, and that's fine by us. We build small because small is adaptable. Even beloved and successful places are at risk. Growth and decline are cyclical. We strive to build and maintain adaptive development built with long term investment in mind. We depend on the economies of resourcefulness and relationships concentrating on duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, live-work buildings, and backyard cottages etc. We aren’t some large-scale out of town institutional developer focusing on economies of scale. We’re dedicated to smart neighborhood-based development building places people want to live, work, and visit. We strive to fill the gaps and needs in our neighborhoods and community.
