✅ There will be a drop-off spot at the corner for you car-poolers. Plus NextHome Makers City will be passing out maps and selling tickets to our Tour of Gardens & Nine Lakes Wine Tasting events. The Welcome tent is also next to a free water bottle refill station!

NAR identified 10 real estate markets that it expects to outperform other metro areas in 2023. In order, the markets are as follows:

*** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ***
We have good news/bad news for Luke Day 2022.
The good news first - the Cuddle Bus doesn't have any adoptable puppies to bring for us to cuddle (no puppies that need homes is a good problem for a rescue to have!).
The bad news now - because of the extreme heat and heat index for today, we have made to tough decision to cancel our outdoor events scheduled for today. Our concern for the dogs and humans trumps our want to celebrate Luke Day in the outdoor space by our office.
If you have donations, we would love to see you at the office today - just inside with air conditioning.

November 2021 was a historic month for the Knoxville Area housing market, as Knoxville recorded more home sales this past month than any other November on record. According to Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® data, seasonally adjusted home sales increased 9.9% from October to November — up 11.2% from the previous year.
