Lots of folks have come to me with questions regarding the real estate lawsuits going on (and more that haven’t but want to). Questions about what’s been settled, what has changed, what’s going to change, what does it mean for the future of agency and ensuring the public is guided through real estate transactions.

Graciously our CEO Justin Bailey has made this video with a measured, factual and most importantly LOCAL explanation for what’s going on, and what we have done as agents in Tennessee for a long time that protects all parties involved.

Non stop day today but the highlight was definitely this closing.

My client was a personal referral from a friend in the mortgage business. That carries with it a huge responsibility because not only is this a first-time buyer, but one that has been hand-chosen by a knowledgeable party to be guided by me.

I took that burden very seriously, and while the search itself only lasted one house (!) I think it is everything she could have wanted. I can’t wait to see what she does with the place, and I hope sincerely that I did her and the referrer proud.

Not bad for a newbie!

These awards go to the highest producers at Realty Executives Associates, and I am flattered to be a part of it, especially in my first full year in the industry! As a company, Realty Executives Associates did 3.4+ billion in local sales volume, and just over 8,900 transaction sides locally, and to be recognized amongst that kind of success is humbling.

I know it is groan-inducing, but I am genuinely thankful to be able to help others with what are likely the largest transactions of their lives. Being recognized for those efforts by my employer and peers means a lot, but the gratification truly comes from clients' smiling faces at closing, the surprise text or letter about how much they are enjoying their new place, or the referral of a friend or family member.

So, thank you to all of the clients, peers, mentors, leadership and most importantly Devon Keyser Engle for making this possible.
