Interest rates are just above 6% now, and spring is around the corner. This should help work on the sales numbers.

Happy New Year to All!! Good news for the new year 2026. Interest rates are now at their lowest rate since the fall of 2024. Rates are still above the 6% mark, but it's nice to see them more steady for the upcoming spring season.

And this goes for new homes, too? Think of the potential.

When 🏡home shopping there may be a few things you see that make you want to 😵‍💫 turn around and run out the door! BUT never fear... these things do NOT have to be deal breakers. Remember, when you purchase a home you get to make it YOURS! 🤩
