📈Interest rates matter. But they shouldn’t be the only thing making your real estate decisions for you.
I hear it all the time:
“I’m waiting for rates to come down.”
But here’s the thing—when rates come down, what else might happen? More buyers jump back into the market. Competition increases. Home prices can rise. And suddenly that lower interest rate doesn’t feel like quite the win you expected.
Real estate decisions should be about the whole picture:
🏡 Is the right home available?
💰 Does the payment comfortably fit your budget?
📍 Does buying make sense for where you are in life?
📈 What’s happening in our local market?
You can refinance a mortgage if rates improve. You can’t go back and buy the house you loved after someone else owns it.
Don’t let one number make the entire decision for you.
Buy when it makes sense for YOU—not when a headline tells you it’s the “perfect” time.
And if right now isn’t your time? That’s okay too. My job isn’t to convince you to buy. It’s to help you understand your options so you can make the decision that’s right for you. ❤️
