Additional monthly fees for 6-month leasing option.

Our property is Pet Friendly. There is a one-time $250 pet fee per pet (limit 2). There is a 30 lbs. weight limit and some breed restrictions.

The Security Deposit is $1,000 and Administrative Fee is $150.

The Application Fee is $50. We will complete a credit check, background check, and verify income.
