1) PRICING: I will provide a concise Comparaitive Market Anaylsis (CMA), advise on correctly pricing your home so to obtain the highest dollar the market will allow and closing within the shortest period of time! In addition, I highly recommend potential sellers allow me to take them out and show them their competition within their market.
2) CONDITION: You only get once chance to make a first impression with buyers so make it a lasting one! My speciality; assisting so to get your home "MARKET READY" and to offer staging techniques that will help transform your home so it will appeal to a broad range of home buyers!
3) MARKETING: Today over 87% of potential home buyers ar on the internet as part of their buying process way before they ever contact a real estate agent! Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace and I combine real estate skills and real estate technologies with marketing relationships with the worlds tip real estate sites so you can be sure your home is visible!
* RELOCATION:
I know moving to a totally new city/country can be stressful, as I experienced first hand when I relocated to KNoxville several years back. Finding a new home, settling into a new job, new city,new people, new doctors and so on can be quite intimating!
