Why you should work with a realtor..🏡✨
1. They know the market- will check comparables in the area to know exactly what price you should list your house for or submit your offer.
2. They will guide you every step of the way so you don’t have to get stressed with paperwork or the process.
3. They will be in constant contact with the other agent and loan officer, so make sure you pick a realtor who is friendly and punctual to have a smooth process!
4. If you are a buyer- realtors are completely free! So you have nothing to lose. If you are a seller- you only pay a percentage of the sale price when the home sells so your realtors will be motivated to sell your house fast and for top dollar!
5. Your realtor should become a friend by the end of the transaction! Choose someone you connect with!
