My name is Chad Grennor, and I have had an interesting journey over the past decade. I originally came to Knoxville to pursue a career in nuclear engineering, and in the process I fell in love with the scruffy little city. We have made a name for ourselves locally with our hard rock band, and have recently seen a bit more success regionally. Touring and playing even bigger stages is the next step,

so I needed to shift away from engineering to a more flexible career path. At the suggestion of a few other successful Knoxville agents, I decided I would be a great fit in the real estate community.
