When was the last time you reviewed your homeowner's insurance coverage? Plan to get with your agent to review your Replacement Cost Estimate details. You might be surprised how wrong that estimate is! It is also important they know remodels, additions and upgrades in case of loss so your coverage pays for what you actually have now. Remember, replacement cost does not necessarily equate to market value. If you would like a free market value analysis, just give me a call.
