Real Estate Service specializing in the Norris Lake area

01/30/2026

🎤 I’m hitting the stage next Friday!

On Friday, Feb. 6th at noon, I’ll be at the Dogwood Arts House & Garden Show talking all things Norris Lake Real Estate — what buyers need to know, what sellers often overlook, and why lake property is a different market altogether.

Thinking about buying? Selling? Investing?
Or just lake-curious? 👀

If Norris Lake is on your radar (now or someday), this one’s for you! Come listen in, bring your questions, and say hey 👋

This one didn’t go “by the book” — and that’s exactly where the real work happens.

This buyer knew what they wanted: the right location, a fresh chapter, and a place that felt like home. What they didn’t expect? Multiple offers were already on the table, and just as we were working through terms, a new curveball came up that could have derailed the whole thing.

We slowed things down, adjusted timelines, and reworked the strategy while keeping their goals intact.

Now we’re under contract —
✔️ with a clear path forward
✔️ with flexibility built in to protect both sides
✔️ and required a whole lot of clear communication

This is the part of my job I care most about:
navigating the uncertainty so my clients don’t have to.
Grateful for clients who trust the process. 🤍

📊 East Tennessee Market Pulse — December 2025

• Buyers: You now have more homes to choose from — inventory is up and the pressure is down. 🧭🏠
• Sellers: Homes are still selling strong when priced right and prepped well — the details matter more than ever.
• Days on Market: Homes are taking longer to sell, so pricing + prep should be top priority. ⚒️
• Market shift: Pending sales are climbing again as we roll into 2026. 📈
• Prices: We’re seeing steady, realistic numbers (no wild spikes, no panic dips).
• Sweet spot: The biggest buyer demand is still in the $200K–$350K range, where good homes move fast. 🎯🏡

2025 wasn’t a frenzy, but it was stable — and that stability is building momentum for a stronger 2026.

If you’re curious what your home might sell for, or you’re ready to start mapping out your move to Knoxville or Norris Lake this year — I’ve got you. Just send me a message. 🏡💬

Happy New Year!

May 2026 bring you lots of love, laughter, and good days ahead! 🥳🌻💫

Days like this are some of my favorites on the lake… not when it’s bustling with a bunch of boats and people, not when it’s so hot you’d better be in the water or your face will melt off- nope.

It’s day like this.
Not a boat in sight.
A chill in the air and all bundled up.
A peaceful quiet that’s only in the off season.

Enjoying this peace now because I know lake season is right around the corner!

Oh, and Go Vols! 🧡🤍🏈
