We’re excited to welcome Jessica Senter to AAMCI as our new Assistant Director of Human Resources.

Jessica brings more than 26 years of experience in recruiting and hiring and will play a key role in supporting our team through recruiting and onboarding efforts, along with providing 504 coordinator support. Her depth of experience and thoughtful approach to human resources will help strengthen our internal operations and support our growing organization.

Throughout her career, Jessica has been dedicated to building strong teams and creating positive onboarding experiences that set employees up for long term success.
