What is wealth to you?

🛑 STOP SCROLLING.

I've been thinking about something lately.

For years, I've introduced myself as a REALTOR®.

And that's true.

I help people buy and sell homes every day.

But the longer I've been in this business, the more I've realized that's only part of what I do.

Many of my conversations aren't actually about buying or selling.

They're about questions like:

🏡 Should I keep this property or sell it?
🏡 Would this make a good rental?
🏡 How do I build wealth through real estate?
🏡 Should I consider a 1031 Exchange?
🏡 Is this investment really a good deal?

Some days I'm helping first-time buyers.

Some days I'm helping investors.

Some days I'm mentoring new agents.

Some days I'm helping families make decisions that will impact their future for years to come.

So instead of simply saying:
