To update the closure and complete wind down of Service Provider Group, LLC and it's some seventeen companies by Total Management Strategies, LLC; please note that every outstanding issue and process of the SPG entity and related companies have been substantially completed.

Total Management Strategies, LLC (TMS) will close its service office on December 31, 2017 and office phone, email, fax and other services will be closed on that day.

TMS will remain active to manage and continue certain open litigation, through counsel, in various jurisdictions. Contact may still be directed to:

On May 1, 2017 the Office of Total Management Strategies, LLC will reduce its operation significantly. The Office will be open and attended only at special hours and by, primarily, appointments.

This is part of our effort to wind down and terminate the management of Service Provider Group, LLC and its many affiliated companies.
