Median listing price in the Knoxville metro: around $454K
Homes are averaging about 51–62 days on market

Two closing baskets are heading out today — one for the parents who made the incredible decision to purchase a home near campus for their Tennessee freshman (and with THREE more boys still to attend UT… talk about a smart investment) Their basket even has a little Kentucky touch added in since that’s where I’m from 🥃
