"But God.."
I often tell clients about my sermon of "the right one will stick" and "God will work it out in His time and His way" and I see it happen over and over again in this business but THIS one, this one was the truest testament I've seen of that.
Some of our best friends found the perfect home but when the sellers wouldn't consider our offer until we had their current home under contract we hit the ground running. Within the next week we prepped and listed their home. On day three, after Sunday service, some of our other closest friends approached interested and on day five all of our friends were under contract with each other to exchange homes but with another contingency to sell. So once again, we hit the ground running and within the week had the new buyers current home listed and all it took was the first showing on day one and we had a full price offer. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't easy but we made it.
Every Sunday we sit in a congregation and Sunday School class together but last week we all gathered around the closing table together and it was one of my favorite moments of my career.
But God. Thank you God. Welcome home friends.🏡
My best friend just bought a house with a pool though so if you need me, that's where I'll be✌🏼
