Sometimes the first step is simply showing up.

Today that meant being on site for a soil mapping and perc test and taking the opportunity to learn more about the process directly from the soil scientist.

As a realtor, Iโ€™m not expected to be the soil scientist, inspector, appraiser, lender, or attorney. But I am expected to advocate for my clients, understand the process, know what questions to ask, and help them navigate each step along the way.

Every property and every transaction is an opportunity to learn something new. The more I know, the better I can serve my buyers and sellers.
