The side of being a Knoxville realtor that you don’t see 🤫

A closing photo, a successful post, or a home that sells quickly can make the outcome look simple from the outside, but there’s usually a lot more happening behind it.

There are late nights, extra calls, prep that started weeks earlier, conversations that had to happen at exactly the right time, and plenty of small decisions that never make it onto social media but still shape the result.

That’s the part of the job people rarely see, and honestly, it’s a huge part of what makes the wins mean so much.

The highlight is only the final frame. Most of the work happened long before it.

Pay attention to traffic, nearby amenities, road access, noise, outdoor spaces, commute times, and the overall feel of the area.

Visit at different times of day when possible. A neighborhood can feel very different on a quiet afternoon compared with a busy weekday morning.
