I wasn’t born in East Tennessee, but 26 years ago this month, I made it home. I’ve spent my entire adult life here, and somewhere along the way, these mountains, these people and this place became part of who I am.

And with that comes a tremendous sense of pride in Dolly Parton. She belonged to the world, but she was ours first. ❤️

This video is from 2023 at Neyland Stadium with Peyton Manning—the last time I had the privilege of seeing Dolly in person. Looking back at it now feels a little more special.

Dolly never forgot where she came from. No matter how famous she became, she carried East Tennessee with her and spent a lifetime giving back to the people and place that raised her.

Her talent made her an icon. Her heart made her a legend.
Dolly, Thank you for making East Tennessee so incredibly proud.

The world lost an icon, but heaven gained one hell of a glamorous angel. 🤍✨

Excited to welcome out-of-town clients to East Tennessee and show them exactly why so many people are choosing to call it home. 🏡✨

Their first stop—the Oliver Hotel in Market Square, with a few local treats waiting for them at check-in. ❤️

Because relocating isn’t just about finding the right house—it’s about falling in love with the lifestyle, the community, and everything East Tennessee has to offer.

Closing day! 🏡❤️

What an honor it is to be part of someone’s home-buying journey. Wishing my buyers so many happy memories in their new home!

And this made me smile—a friend who lives down the street saw the red bow this morning and immediately knew I must’ve been the selling agent. The red bow has officially become our signature! ❤️

Here’s to new keys, new beginnings, and a home full of memories to come. 🔑🏡

When the staircase is the statement piece. ✨

Layers of warm hardwood, custom ironwork, and architectural detail create a view that’s just as beautiful from the top as it is from the bottom.

Florida living is beautiful year-round—but owning a home here comes with a few unique considerations. 🌴

From storm protection and roof maintenance to humidity control and insurance coverage, a little preparation goes a long way in protecting your Florida investment.

Whether Florida is home, your second-home escape, or part of your future plans, having an advisor who understands the market matters.

With Engel & Völkers in Knoxville & 30A Beaches, I’m here to help from Tennessee to the coast.

A little full-circle moment seeing this story on WVLT about the boating industry in East Tennessee. ⚓️

I spent 12 years at WVLT, including time as a reporter, and I also worked as a spokesmodel for companies connected to the boating industry.

The story referenced Detroit as the epicenter of the automotive industry—which made me smile, because I’m originally from Michigan. I have called East Tennessee home for 26 years now, where boating has become such an important part of our economy, our culture and our lifestyle.

Today, I get to combine that love of storytelling and the water with what I do every day—help people buy and sell the lake lifestyle through the power of Engel & Völkers, from waterfront homes to yachts.

I feel like I am right where I am supposed to be! ❤️⚓️

While Detroit rules the roads, East Tennessee has become one of the nation’s premier destinations for the water.

Selling a home is about more than how it looks—it’s about how it feels the moment a buyer walks through the door.

Thoughtful staging can highlight the light, improve the flow and help buyers see the full potential of a space. Sometimes, the smallest changes make the biggest first impression.
