At half-time, our team was in a 3-way tie for 1st place! 🔥 Unfortunately, we went all in on the last question and missed it, so we didn’t place in the top 3 this month — but we definitely had plenty of laughs along the way! 😄🎤

🌮🐜 Huge thank you to Tammy Gimenez, Steve Tippens, and Logan Hoppel with Arrow Exterminators (https://www.arrowexterminators.com) for providing a delicious Salsarita’s lunch during their “Let’s Taco ’bout Termites” class at the Wallace North Office yesterday! 🙌

Our agents enjoyed learning more about eco-friendly Sentricon termite systems, the different types of termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, wood boring beetles, and powder post beetles — along with wood destroying fungi such as Brown Rot, White Rot, and Poria Incrassata. 🏡🔍

As part of Wallace Week and our celebration of 90 years in real estate, we had the privilege of hearing from Jack Neely of the Knoxville History Project today.

Jack shared the fascinating story of the founding of Knoxville, along with the rich history of real estate in our city. As a company founded in 1936 as Wallace & Wallace, Inc. and known today as Wallace Real Estate, we are proud to be the oldest real estate firm in Knoxville.

It was a special opportunity to reflect on where Knoxville began, how it has grown, and the role real estate has played in shaping our community through the years.

Thank you, Jack Neely, for helping us celebrate Wallace Week by bringing Knoxville’s history to life for our Wallace Family!
