NeighborWorks Weeks closes today. The work continues every day.

Stable housing doesn't get built quickly. The completed homes you see across the NeighborWorks network represent years of patient work, complex financing partnerships, and the steady commitment of nearly 250 organizations across the country, including HomeSource east tennessee.

Thank you to every partner, funder, and neighbor who showed up for this work in 2026. We're already thinking about what comes next.

Since 1998, HomeSource east tennessee has been part of a national network that knows neighborhoods are built block by block. This week, our NeighborWorks America family is celebrating that work together.

Yesterday, 30 new affordable homes for our older neighbors opened in Karns.

Willow Place Phase III is the result of years of work alongside an incredible group of partners.

We're grateful to every one of them:

Knox County's senior population is growing twice as fast as the general population. The waiting list at Willow Place tells us this work is needed, and far from done. We're already thinking about what comes next.
