My experience as a real estate investor over the past decade gave me the knowledge to turn it into a full-time career as a real estate agent. My goal is to work hard for my clients and to make the home buying/selling experience as positive, fun, and exciting as possible. I work with Sellers, assisting them with listing their home for sale by providing the
most recent information regarding home sales in their area. I also work with Buyers by researching the area to find the home that meets their needs and their must haves. Additionally, I have a strong team at Realty Executives Associates who are dedicated to helping me find qualified professionals to assist with repairs, mortgage questions, inspections, etc. I love maintaining good relationships and creating new relationships, while assisting people with their real estate needs. Real estate is still among the top investment tools available to us to help anyone achieve the American dream. For most buyers, making a real estate purchase is two-fold; first, they have a vision that the property is going to enable them to enjoy life more independently, and second, they want to know that when they go to sell, they will have gained value, to apply towards their future. Another fascinating thing about the real estate industry is watching what I like to call, “ugly ducklings” turn in to “beautiful swans.” So, in addition to adding to your financial portfolio, the real estate industry includes an aesthetic quality where we all love to see how a designer or builder has created something beautiful. When clients are ready to sell, I love working on the listings to come up with marketing strategies, which allows my own creative juices to flow. Since I love and appreciate both investing and creativity, I can’t think of a better industry to be so fortunate to be involved.
