Every real estate has a story . This deal we had a bull (from neighbor) and electric fence to deal with for environmental health dept to do their inspections . A flurry of phone calls to keep all on track . More to the story but we got it DONE. 😊.

Another story to using the incorrect grammar as DONE.

Years ago I picked up an elderly lady from our church to attend a ladies luncheon . She was a retired English teach btw. In our conversation as we were traveling, it came up that I had a project that was now done. (not the exact wording but you get the picture) She reached over and patted my arm and said “Young lady, finished is when you complete a task, done is when you take a cake out of the oven “

Anyway, this young man in photo has been part of my real estate career for years. Between him and his beautiful wife, to his parents and amazing sister and her lovely-fun family , I think I now have 11-12 real estate transactions.

They are not clients but considered dear friends and close to my heart
