Today I officially earned my Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) designation!

Continuing education has always been important to me because my clients deserve more than someone who can unlock a door or fill out paperwork. Every class helps me become a stronger advocate, better negotiator, and better resource for the people who trust me with one of life's biggest decisions.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. I'm excited to keep learning and serving buyers and sellers throughout Knoxville and the surrounding communities.

Open houses are more than just about showcasing a home, they are also a chance to meet some really great people.
This weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting Josh, a local home inspector, who stopped by with the sweet bag of goodies! It was such an unexpected kindness and completely made my day. 🙂
I'm looking forward to getting to know Josh and learning more about his business. Hopefully our paths will cross again soon!

I've been thinking about ways to give back to our community, and I'd love your help.

Over the next year, I'd like to spotlight a different local charity, rescue, or nonprofit each month and organize a small collection drive or community project to support them.

I'm especially interested in smaller organizations that may not get as much attention as some of the larger national charities. Animal rescues, foster care organizations, senior support programs, food pantries, veterans groups, school programs, community outreach ministries—anything that is making a real difference here in East Tennessee.

Who would you recommend, and why do they matter to you?

I'd love to learn more about the organizations doing great work in our community. ❤️
