Real Estate Management Services
A product's name is extremely important
Of course, I think the name "I Believe In America®" is the best name in the world for a company selling real estate. But it's not what I think; it's what the customer/client thinks! And it's whether potential home buyers will choose to go with the patriotic name "I Believe In America®" or align themselves with a "No-Name" com
pany (like Smith or Jones Realty) offering the same services. If a real estate agent is affiliated with a company with a recognizable name, he or she has a jump start on an agent who does not. would "fit that bill" because most Americans "Believe In America." Assume that you are a newcomer to an area, and you're looking for a home to buy or rent. Also assume that you know very little about the area and have never bought a home and know nothing at all about the process. You see ads for the identical home but by two different agencies. The ads are exactly the same--word for word--with only one exception. You can probably guess the exception: the name of the company/agency. One is a "No-Name Recognition" company and the other is "I Believe In America®, Inc." I believe that you and the vast majority would choose to go with "I Believe In America®." I can personally attest to this since I own a few rental houses and have been in this business since 1984. Before Craig's list came into being, I had to advertise my rental properties in the local newspaper. I, of course, listed the houses under the caption "I Believe In America®" Real Estate Management Services. Many times prospective tenants, who responded to my ads, told me that the only reason they contacted my company first--instead of other companies offering rentals-- was the name. How could you go wrong with the name "I Believe In America®"? License fees and residuals are reasonable. Contact: Lee R. Johnson
