💭 I think where alot of sales people fall short involves relationship management…. Today’s closing started with me doing a great job for some folks who bought a house a few years back. They then referred me to this fine gentleman and his wife. We were able to get them a house before it hit market because I left a great impression with the Listing Agent on a deal we had recently done together, so she presented me the opportunity first 🥇The rest is now history! ✍️🏡

Brian‘s wife did not have to attend closing so we had fun with the pics. Boys will be boys!

The 7 year hunt 👀

This amazing couple was referred to me 7 years ago by one of the first clients I ever worked with after I got my license. The market was really heating up when they first moved here from another area and they wanted to explore this area before deciding where to put the root down… so they decided to rent. But they wanted to keep looking and be ready to buy if the right house came up within budget. 

Then, of course, the market got even crazier and took a while to level off. We’ve been exploring options the whole time and nothing has ever really hit all the buttons while staying in budget. UNTIL NOW! 🎯🏡

Not only did we finally find them the type of house they wanted and in the area they have come to love, we also got them a home with 10 acres of gently rolling and mostly cleared acreage. It even came with a swimming pool, brand new roof, and stunning views. We did pretty darn good on the negotiations as well 😎💯 And we became good friends during the process.
