So very happy to congratulate my newest friend and now real estate family member, Mike Wilson on the successful closing of his home yesterday! Although a tumultuous deal that had its issues. We were able to get under contract and secure a backup offer within 24hrs. Also, thanks to Admiral Title for their help!
