We’re excited to welcome Dylan Conyers to Tennessee Valley Title Insurance Company as our Summer Legal Intern!

Dylan is a rising 2L at the University of Tennessee, Winston College of Law, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him join us this summer. Even before beginning law school, Dylan gained hands-on experience in our field through an internship with a firm in Virginia, giving him a strong foundation and practical insight into the work we do every day.

From the start, it’s been clear that Dylan is sharp, thoughtful, and eager to learn. His curiosity, work ethic, and professionalism make him a great fit for our team, and we’re confident he’s going to do great things, both here and in his legal career ahead.

FinCEN has announced that its new real estate reporting rule will now take effect on March 1.

While these changes may impact certain transactions, our team is prepared and ready to guide clients through the process to help ensure a smooth closing experience.

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has announced a postponement of its Residential Real Estate Transfers Rule (RRE Rule). The new reporting requirements will now take effect on March 1, 2026.

This delay gives the industry additional time to prepare and comply, while maintaining protections against money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit financial threats.
