Cheri was 2021 Tennessee State President of the Women's Council of REALTORS, and was honored to lead this wonderful organization of real estate women and provide education and leadership to this fine network! n Real Estate, in 2010 after serving the commercial real estate community in Tennessee and Florida for more than 20 years. Cheri began her real estate career in Nashville, Tennessee where she worked in commercial property management for twenty years, and managed a variety of properties from small retail shopping centers and office buildings, to the 1.2 million square foot Opry Mills Mall. She was General Manager of Opry Mills, next to the Grand Ole Opry, for five years and helped with the Grand Opening of this Mills property in May, 2000. Cheri earned the highly respected Certified Property Manager® designation in 1998 through the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the designation of Real Property Administrator through the Building Owners and Managers Institute. She holds the Tennessee Broker Real Estate License. Cheri has been featured as a speaker for IREM and has written articles for the Journal of Property Management. Cheri earned the Performance Management Network Designation through Women's Council of REALTORS in September, 2016. She received the At Home With Diversity Certification through the National Association of REALTORS in March, 2016. She earned her ABR and CLE designations in 2024. Spinazzola moved back to her hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee in 2011 to be with her family. She is married and has two sons, and a classic rock band as well! Purely embracing the beauty of the East Tennessee mountains, Cheri is thrilled to be helping people in this community to find their new home. Cheri loves to help her clients by giving them the most personal and focused service in selling their homes quickly and at the best possible price, and by assisting potential home buyers in finding their dream home!
