Open houses can feel SO awkward… but they don’t have to.

Here are a few things buyers should know:

✔️ Yes, you usually need to sign in. It is a policy Realtors must obey.
It helps verify who is viewing the home and who is representing you.

✔️Look beyond the layout
Home means more than just 4 walls. When you look at a home, think about how it supports your lifestyle. Do you prefer room to entertain or relax? Do you want space for guests or keeping things minimal for now?

✔️ Already have an agent?
Tell the host! It helps avoid confusion and lets the agent know you already have representation.

🤷‍♀️ Don’t have an agent?
That’s okay too. You are absolutely allowed to attend open houses on your own.
