Real talk - this was my day. ☕

5:45am - up before everyone else, coffee in hand, checking emails and new listings.

7:30am - making sure two teenagers actually eat breakfast and have clean clothes 😂

9:00am - showing homes in Knoxville

12:00pm - paperwork, phone calls, market research

3:30pm - cook dinner

4:30pm - drive my daughter to cheer practice

6:00pm - show up to my son’s high school basketball game
