Built in the 1940s by a local marble mason, our clubhouse has a story woven into every
detail. 📖✨

From the original marble floors, wood paneling, and windows to the preserved stone exterior, this space was thoughtfully renovated to honor the character that made it special in the first place. Giving new life to something old, without losing the details that matter most.

And the history lives on throughout the community. Every floor plan at Cross Creek Preserve is named after the family who once called this property home - William, Weldon, Lillie, Padgett, and Mays. 🤍
