Over the past month, the project has made significant strides toward completion, with major site work, building systems, and interior finishes coming together. Crews completed all concrete work, including road repairs, curbs, sidewalks, light pole bases, final grading, and underground downspout connections. Landscaping has also progressed with the installation of trees, shrubs, and the dog park fence.
Inside the building, substantial finish work has been completed throughout all floors. Flooring, countertops, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, lighting, doors, restroom tile, fire protection components, and common area finishes have all advanced significantly. HVAC systems have been completed and trimmed out on upper floors, fire alarm testing has been performed, and corridor finishes are substantially complete. Elevator installation is underway, cleaning crews have completed multiple rounds of detailed cleaning, and teams are actively working through final punch-list items. With building systems coming online and finishing touches being completed, the project is rapidly approaching the final stages before occupancy.
