Over the past month, the project has made significant strides toward completion, with major site work, building systems, and interior finishes coming together. Crews completed all concrete work, including road repairs, curbs, sidewalks, light pole bases, final grading, and underground downspout connections. Landscaping has also progressed with the installation of trees, shrubs, and the dog park fence.

Inside the building, substantial finish work has been completed throughout all floors. Flooring, countertops, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, lighting, doors, restroom tile, fire protection components, and common area finishes have all advanced significantly. HVAC systems have been completed and trimmed out on upper floors, fire alarm testing has been performed, and corridor finishes are substantially complete. Elevator installation is underway, cleaning crews have completed multiple rounds of detailed cleaning, and teams are actively working through final punch-list items. With building systems coming online and finishing touches being completed, the project is rapidly approaching the final stages before occupancy.

The Residence at Veterans Park continues to make strong progress as both exterior and interior scopes come together across multiple floors. Exterior work is nearing completion with stonework essentially finished, slim line canopy metal and roofing installed, and key features like stair handrails, roof access ladders, and trash enclosure gates now in place. Site utilities are advancing as well, with underground drain lines installed and grading underway to bring the site to proper elevations in preparation for concrete and sidewalks. Inside the building, major systems are up and running with AC units charged, while flooring, cabinets, and fixtures have been installed across multiple floors, including full cabinet installation on the first floor and completed flooring and toilets on the second.

Interior buildout continues to gain momentum with cabinetry, countertops, and finish work progressing steadily throughout the units. Earlier efforts laid the groundwork with drywall, painting, mechanical systems, and trim installation across all levels, allowing crews to now focus on final finishes and detailing. In the coming phase, work will center on completing exterior siding and painting, installing countertops and closet shelving, finalizing site grading, and preparing for elevator installation. The project is moving quickly toward the finish line as each phase builds on the last and key milestones continue to be achieved.
