The right realtor matters:

This was a flip gone wrong. The contractor they trusted (and paid), ran off with their money and left the job incomplete. The property was listed for months as a for sale by owner and the seller needed it sold ASAP. After posting on numerous websites with no luck, they were at a point where they had to bring thousands to closing in order to sell. I reached out and offered to help.

24 days later, the property sold for $15,000 more than their previous offer.

The next highest priced home in the subdivision sold at $269.69 per square foot and was also listed and sold with me. The third highest priced home listed and sold in Emory Vista subdivision by a different realtor - was $14,582 LESS than the two mentioned above.
