There’s just something about sitting outside at night when the weather starts getting cooler.
The leaves will be changing soon, Halloween is on the way, and honestly, this is my favorite time of year. I think this is the time to slow down a little, enjoy the quiet, sit outside, and just appreciate life for a minute.

Today we remember September 11, 2001.

We remember the innocent people who went to work that morning and never came home. We remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, and ordinary people who ran toward danger while others were running away.

The terrorists believed they could break our spirit. They believed fear and destruction would demoralize us.

They were wrong!

And among those who answered the call was actor Steve Buscemi, who returned to his former life as a New York City firefighter and spent days working alongside firefighters at Ground Zero. He did not do it for recognition. He simply went where he believed he was needed.

Today, we remember the lives taken, honor the courage shown, and refuse to forget.

September 11, 2001. We remember. We will never forget.

Silly post, but definitely needed.

You have no idea how many times I’ve walked into a showing absolutely certain I found a winner for my buyer, only to discover we’ve apparently entered a completely different property.

All because the listing photos were “AI enhanced.”

Look, I’m all for technology. But I need REAL representation of the property. Not fluff. Not virtual perfection. Not “this house has never actually looked this good.”

When the photos make the house look amazing and reality looks like it needs a documentary crew, everybody loses.

My buyer just wasted their time and gas, and I look like I have no idea what I’m doing.

Please. Take the picture. Show me the house. Let’s start there.
