What's Really Going On When I Show Up to Shoot Your Listing
Folks think my job is just "take some nice pictures of the house." I get it — that's what it looks like from the outside.
But what I'm really doing is watching how the light hits a room, figuring out the angle that makes a kitchen feel like somewhere you'd want to cook, waiting for the moment a space stops looking empty and starts looking like somebody's home.
Because that's what sells it — not the square footage, the feeling. Buyers scroll fast. They decide in seconds whether to stop or keep going. My job is making sure they stop.
That's the part nobody sees — it's not about the camera. It's about knowing what makes a stranger picture their own life in a house they've never set foot in.
That's what I try to bring to every shoot, every listing, every agent I work with here in Knoxville and East Tennessee.
