These THDA monies are still available as of May 16, 2023. If you need assistance with rent, make the call, fill out the paperwork! Take advantage while you can; believe me there are no federal dollars laying in wait in those PPP monies!

“Tennessee has been allocated money from the federal government for COVID-19 Rent Relief. The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) is developing a web portal for applicants, establishing a call center for application assistance, and preparing staff to review and process thousands of payments to landlords and utility providers.”
