Kulm Lone Star Loft Built as a bank in 1906 this loft is the converted offices of the bank, now two bedrooms & two bathrooms in a lovely small town in the central north west.

Garage space with elevator being added summer 2019. This 1906 building, originally built to house the First State Bank is now being offered to tradesmen and or professionals to enhance the community of Kulm, North Dakota and the surrounding communities.

After the work we had done in the late summer, needed to do some deep cleaning. Removed everything from shelves, cleaned all upper cabinets. Ran everything through the dishwasher and then replaced them all.

Also repaired the sewing machine I got in August. Maybe I will get to those super long curtain hems next summer.

Dreaming about a tea pot installation too. More on that next trip.

New to the Loft. AG Mason Manufacturing Co - Sewing machine!
It needs a new belt (ordered) but this antique fully functional treadle machine is a gift from my sweet husband (47 year anniversary). Clearly over 100 years old - based on the manufacture and model number I am guessing circa 1900. Love Love Love it.
