Weaver Contracting is looking to hire experienced tree crew leaders. These positions will require experienced tree felling and rigging knowledge as well as LEADERSHIP experience. You will be in charge and responsible for 3 other tree workers. We plan to expand our range of work and need people from southwest Tennessee and northern Mississippi. The work sometimes consist of 4 day per week travel. Monday through Thursday. We work four 10 hour days per week.
We offer a week’s paid vacation and 40 hours of paid sick/personal time per year. Health insurance for the employee is paid for and offer spouse and family plans including vision and dental. 401k where we match 3%. Pay starts at $27.05 per hour. We pay more for CDL and experienced climbers. Per diem on travel days.
