For friends and family of Moon Bay, we have opened the Cabana house located behind the house at 310 Moon Bay Drive (new construction) beside the Villas Lake Home pool which you will see is next to the Storage Units on the right as you come into Moon Bay. This amenity is for friends and family overflow that come to visit Moon Bay.

The Cabana is a two bedroom (one king and one queen), one bath, plus bathhouse half bath, kitchen/great room area. Sleeps 4 but you could put kids on the couch. The unit includes coffee pot, dishes, kitchen utensils, cookware, linens for baths and 2 outdoor porch areas with views of our beautiful Lake Barkley. The price is $250 per night plus a $130 cleaning fee and it is a two night minimum. I am excited about adding this amenity for the Moon Bay families as we grow and have grandchildren, extended family members and friends visit our premiere lake front community.
