Some of you I've only met once or twice, while some of you are very close to me. I graduated from Saint Francis here in La Canada in 2010. From there I began working on my bachelors in business management from California State University, Northridge. During this time, I started my own used parts and used car sales company. In 2015, I received my bachelors in business management and decided to pursue other ventures in business, which lead me to real estate. What are some of my hobbies? I love traveling to new places I've never been to and meeting new people along the way. I love trying new things in general, you never know who you might meet or what you might learn until you put yourself out there and try. My new listing in Shadow Hills that I already got into escrow off market! My client lives in San Diego and the house was sitting vacant for 5 years. The front yard was completely overgrown to the point where you couldn’t even see the house from the street and the whole inside was filled with trash. I left some before and after photos/videos at the end of the slide.

This is how I bring value to my clients and use my construction background. For a few thousand dollars I cleaned up the whole property and fixed a few things. By doing so I added over $100k in value by taking this house from being non financeable to being able to obtain a loan. Ive never even met this client in person (she still hasn’t come to the property) & we’re closing escrow in 10 days.
