Will we see a housing market crash in the next recession? If history is any indicator, it is highly unlikely. Perhaps the days of homes receiving 20 to 30 offers and homes appreciating 20% to 30%/year are behind us. We are likely headed to a transitioning phase where we will see a deceleration of appreciation of somewhere around 3 to 6% appreciation. Nothing to panic for... It's called a normal market 😁 today feels like 2018-2019 market to me, which was still very competitive, but not an insanely frenzy like the last couple of years 😱🔥 what are your thoughts on the market?
