🏡Home projects aren't fun, but if you are going to make some improvements, here are the ones that will get you the biggest return on investment when you go to sell. Let's go over the top 5:

1️⃣-Garage doors-conventional wisdom says updating kitchen and baths get you your biggest return on investment. But garage doors are #1 again. But if you think about, it changes the whole look of your home.

2️⃣-Steel Door replacement- I am guessing this means updating your front door and utility doors on your garage. Again, changing the entire look of your home.

3️⃣-Stone veneer-adding the brick look to your home helps with your curb appeal and gives buyers that wow factor when they pull up to your home.

4️⃣-Siding replacement-Again, changing the entire look and maybe even updating the color to more trendy exterior colors like warm neutrals, earthy greens, and moody deep tones like LP Smartsiding's color of the year Sand Dunes

5️⃣Minor kitchen remodel-here we finally get to the kitchen. Minor remodels can include adding backsplash, a modern sink, countertops, and even just something simple like new appliances. Check out the holiday specials for new appliances. You can get some very good deals!

☑️Happy clients make me happy!

🏡Arlene and her husband had a very unique experience selling their home. We listed their home for sale on Thursday, and immediately things went CrAzY! Congratulations to Jayci and Greg! They had an offer accepted in a different house, that didn't end up working out. But then they ended up getting a better house in a great location! "Everything happens for a reason" really resonated with them and their home buying journey! I am so happy they finally have their new home! And I am excited for the next chapter of their lives!
